Terms & Conditions

Delivery and shipping

  1. Please note that at the present time we only deliver within the UK.

  2. The minimum order value is £10. Orders under £10 will have a flat rate p&p charge of £1.50.

  3. Orders will be delivered free of charge and will be sent by Second Class Royal Mail Signed For.

  4. We aim to post orders out within 3 working days after your order is received, depending on product availability. Our working days are Tuesday to Saturday.

  5. If we cannot complete your order for any reason, we will contact you as soon as we are able.

 

Collection from the Studio

Visits to the studio are by appointment only as I work elsewhere during the week. If you would like to collect your order from the Studio, please email handmadeathelens@btinternet.com to arrange this.

 

Cancelling your order

If you change your mind about any items you have ordered from us, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. You will then have another 14 days in which to return the goods. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back. The goods must be in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging.

 

You are responsible for the safe return of any items to us, as well as any costs incurred while doing so.

 

Refunds will be made by the same method as that used for the original purchase.

Returns and Refunds

Should you receive damaged or incorrect goods we will offer a replacement item or, if unavailable, an alternative or a full refund. If the error was ours we will of course refund any return delivery costs. Please contact us to arrange return delivery.
