Silk Foam with a mixture of silk, is delicate and very fluffy. It is 0.8mm thick.
It becomes a lot thinner when it's being shaped in your hands.
Before use, you can iron out the foam between two sheets of paper - the foam becomes very shiny and it has a more dense consistency.
It perfectly remembers the shape and all the creases, you can work with forms to shape it.
The advantage of this product is also the ability to shade and colour change, which can be done with inks and oil pastels.
Silk foam can easily be cut with scissors, paper cutter or punches and punches.
